Mr. Justin L. Campbell is an accomplished environmental scientist with a wealth of expertise in managing intricate environmental projects and programs, particularly within the energy and land development sectors. As an integral member of the Catalyst Environmental Solutions team, Justin's dedication and extensive knowledge have consistently delivered successful outcomes for clients facing complex environmental challenges.

With a solid educational background and years of hands-on experience in the field, Justin possesses a deep understanding of environmental science at the office and field levels. Justin has held critical roles in coordinating with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and has a working knowledge of many state and local regulatory requirements. His primary focus lies in overseeing and coordinating a wide range of environmental initiatives, including oil field redevelopment, Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs, Levels I, II, III), environmental compliance, construction project management, hazardous waste management, spill response, stormwater management, sediment erosion control practices, and lastly, he has extensive experience in conducting river geomorphology studies and managing river restoration projects throughout the western US.

Beyond his technical acumen, Justin is committed to sharing his knowledge of the environment and is actively engaged in community leadership and outreach programs, educational initiatives, and community partnerships with youth educational programs.

Justin recently received the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce - 2020 Chairman's Award of Excellence.
