After graduating from the Oxnard Leadership Program in 2018, Justin Campbell decided to take his new leadership skills and put them to work on the program's Steering Committee. In addition to helping guide the program and plan the 10 monthly sessions, Justin also volunteered to escort the class during Energy Day, the final session of 2019.
