Her experience includes conducting botanical surveys, construction monitoring, data collection and analysis, and preparing biological resources documentation for CEQA and NEPA environmental compliance documents, conducting pre-construction surveys, completing environmental monitoring for construction activities, and inspecting worksites to ensure compliance with mitigation measures and resource agency permit conditions. Ms. Pate is an avid botanist with particular expertise in the flora of Northern California.
