Ms. Raab is an environmental planner with an interdisciplinary background in CEQA and NEPA compliance, technical review, and GIS. She has contributed to several CEQA documents including Initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Categorical Exemptions, NEPA documents including Environmental Assessments and Funding Packages, and technical studies including cultural resources, biological resources, aquatic resources delineations, and air quality analyses. Ms. Raab has contributed to numerous public infrastructure and private development projects throughout northern California.
