Ms. Pechter is a biologist with 12 years of experience working in environmental consulting to support clients with environmental monitoring/planning and compliance. Melissa has a well-rounded background and experience as a project manager and biologist supporting a variety of projects in urban to rural landscapes.Her work typically involves biological surveys, monitoring, agency permitting, and management of special-status species and jurisdictional waters in support of state and federal environmental regulations administered by various government agencies including the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Fish and Wildlife Service, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and local municipalities.
