It started with a small presence in Southern California and Portland, Oregon and now, a decade later, we are comprised of 40+ staff with teams across California (Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Redding), the Pacific Northwest (Portland and Medford, Oregon; and, Seattle, Washington), and the Detroit Metro area in Michigan. Along the way, we have continued to expand and diversify our services to better support our clients and communities.
While we are proud of our growth and accomplishments over the past decade, we are even more excited about the culture we have built together - one that is defined by collaboration, trust, and shared success. To celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we gathered the entire team in Sunriver, Oregon for a weekend of flyfishing, biking, kayaking, pickleball, hiking, and golf. Bringing everyone together in one place was a powerful reminder that our greatest strength is the amazing group of people that comprise Catalyst.
