Justin Campbell is an interdisciplinary scientist and project manager who combines technical and scientific understanding with project management discipline.
His experiences include conducting a variety of natural resource studies involving projects dealing with soil and groundwater investigations, geomorphology studies, habitat restoration, fish passage improvement, environmental monitoring, and construction management.
Mr. Campbell is skilled at framing and analyzing environmental issues and communicating complex ideas to a wide range of audiences. In addition, he is extremely adept at completing projects on time and within budget and coordinating multiple resources to ensure that work products meet or exceed client expectations.
Justin is a recent recipient of the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce - 2019 Chairman’s Award
