Mr. Olesen has an interdisciplinary background with extensive experience in stormwater management, construction best management practices (BMP) monitoring and oversight, industrial permitting compliance, geomorphic surveying, remediation, and surface water quality monitoring.
Mr. Olesen has project management experience in a diverse field of projects, utilizing both desktop and field work related skills to accomplish the required task.
His work has involved extensive experience coordinating with local and regional agencies with respect to project permitting while also conducting general oversight for industrial compliance and construction related projects.
